EPCs

When you are marketing a property, you will need to have confidence in your domestic energy assessor.
All our photographers are fully qualified to carry out an EPC and because they are doing it at the same time as the photography and floorplans, this means minimum disruption to the vendor. Please see our guide for vendors that will help them prepare for an EPC.
We are also there to offer advice to estate agents about the results of an EPC and the latest legislation being discussed by the government, something that is especially important in the lettings market.
